Upon my arrival, I was dismayed to discover that my luggage hadn't made it to Beirut. However, Belal swiftly stepped in, taking charge of the situation with unwavering professionalism and empathy. Not only did he tirelessly coordinate with the airport to track down and deliver my lost luggage promptly, but he also took it upon himself to make restaurant reservations and arrange transportation, ensuring that my trip proceeded smoothly despite the initial setback. Belal & Ramashka’s attentiveness, dedication, and genuine kindness truly made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable stay. The staff were really amazing, especially Bilal and Carole. They were really helpful and made our stay easier. The location is very nice and close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

Good location, welcoming, helpful and professional staff. You can walk around to anything you need. Clean rooms and reasonable price.
